In this role, you will make an impact by developing and implementing marketing plans including advertising, promotions, collateral materials, trade shows and other activities. You will also provide recommendations and support to customers, group personnel and division functional areas.

Scope/ Supervision and Interaction:

Reports to the Division Marketing Manager

Essential Functions:

  • Review and manage web analytics of our advertising, content conversion, and sales lead generation.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and analysis for internal and/or external use.
  • Develop catalog/advertising collateral using InDesign software and other development tools.
  • Maintain and update division manuals; monitor adherence to corporate rules.
  • Prepare and coordinate the maintenance of standard marketing materials.
  • Evaluate and select outside vendors for graphic design and pre-press production on basis of competence and cost-effectiveness; monitor their work.
  • Establish budgets and schedules for the division and submit monthly reports on an accurate and timely basis.
  • Optimize web functionality for all Group websites while maintaining compliance to corporate standards.
  • Direct and manage Division trade show activities.
  • Assist Divisions by providing guidance and marcom plans on new advertising programs, PR activities, catalog production, trade show participation, product launches and other promotion activities.
  • Interface with distribution on promotional needs.
  • Manage the design of graphic projects for division customers, providing both management and hands-on creative support.
  • Participates in Group Marketing committee.
  • Leads Division Marcom activities related to corporate initiatives.
  • Travel up to 25%

Qualifications:

  • BS in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field with 6 years or more experience. Advanced degree or certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent P.C. skills with proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Preferred experience with design, development and CX tools including Adobe creative suite, Oracle, and Eloqua.
  • Preferred experience in writing white papers, articles, and other promotional activities for B2B industry.
  • Project management skills with sales/marketing experience a plus.
  • Exhibit outstanding problem solving and influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts.
