Truck Country, one of the largest Freightliner dealerships in the Midwest, has an opening for a Service Administrator in Dubuque, of Mid Shift Hours.

Responsibilities Include:

• scheduling repairs
• creating - monitoring - reviewing - filing repair orders
• updating our business systems
• providing excellent customer service

Qualities & Skills:

• Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to relate to customers in a positive and professional manner
• Previous auto or truck service experience and mechanical aptitude preferred, but not required
