Responsibilities + Duties:
Deliver uncommon hospitality by knowing guests names and creating a memorable experience.
Become an expert on all menu items, current promotions, beers on tap, and bar cocktails.
Ask questions to find first time guests and make sure they are recognized by team.
Build regulars and loyal business by creating a fun bar atmosphere.
Interact professionally with all guests and coworkers in a friendly and considerate manner
Hold high standards for restaurant cleanliness and actively assist picking up trash, cleaning dishes, and wiping bar down. 
Support with opening, running, and closing cleaning/re-stocking duties.
Share loyalty program with guests and coach on how to sign up.
Prepare alcoholic, or non-alcoholic, beverages for all guests in a timely and efficient manner.
Keeps updated check in front of guests at all times.
Learn something new everyday.
Qualifications + Skills:
Previous bartending experience preferred
Fun and friendly
Courteous and professional with guests and coworkers
Coachable with ability to apply feedback
Strong communicator and active listener
Experience creating loyal guests through building relationships
Able to work nights and weekends
Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs. as needed
