The Store Manager has the overall responsibility for:

Ensuring that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s)
Ensuring that employees are clean and neat in appearance
Personally demonstrating that customer needs are the highest priority
Ensuring food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders
Resolving customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations
Complete daily paperwork to reconcile sales
Training new employees in all aspects of the operation
Scheduling employees
Ordering food products for the store

Additional Info:

Store Managers must have basic knowledge of Excel data entry and an understanding of web browsers to complete hiring and training duties.

Must have a valid ServSafe certificate and at least 6 months of managerial experience in a fast food concept.

Annually salary $50k - $60k.
