This Opportunity:

The primary responsibilities of the Therapist is to work as part of a care team to provide outpatient psychotherapy services and clinical assessment to children and adults seeking behavioral/mental health treatment.

What You’ll Do:

Provide individual therapy to clients using evidence-based modalities tailored to their unique needs. Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop treatment and crisis plans. Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress throughout treatment. Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet ethical and regulatory standards. Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with emerging practices. Participate in team meetings, and discharge planning. Follow service definition guidelines for services being provided. Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with emerging practices. Drive or travel to community locations as assigned. Attend and actively participate in meetings and training as required. Maintain licensure as required by licensing board. Maintain certification in all agency, state and federal training requirements. Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures, as well as state and federal statutes and regulations related to specific program areas Complete all other relevant responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and privacy.

Your Qualifications:

· Completion of a Master’s Degree in a clinical program (social work or counseling)

· Full licensure in the State of Texas (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).

· As evidenced by previous work experience, academic background, and in-service or other training, the LMHP shall demonstrate a working knowledge of: diagnosing and treating mental health disorders.

· Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients

· Show empathy, compassion, and non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and challenges

· Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload and administrative tasks effectively.

· Ability to pass a criminal background check. Maintain a current driver’s license and maintain current insurance.

· Must be flexible to see clients in office and school environments.
