This pivotal role isn't just about managing the kitchen; it's about leading a team in a relatively new & innovative industry. You will work closely with the CEO to optimize the business and always be on the lookout for opportunities. The CEO is looking for a candidate with a growth mindset, who enjoys innovation, is highly accountable, punctual, and takes responsibilities for this role seriously.
Schedule shall be Tuesday-Thursday from early morning to mid afternoon.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of food service staff
- Monitor the quality of products and services produced
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure staffing efficiency
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Maintain health standards for raw and finished products
- Fine-tuning our processes to achieve peak efficiency.
- Weekly Menu Development. We refresh our menu every week.
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Knowledge of common food safety practices
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Developed problem-solving skills
