Chef Kitchen Manager

You will work closely with the CEO to optimize the business and always be on the lookout for opportunities.  The CEO is looking for a candidate with a growth mindset, who enjoys innovation, is highly accountable, punctual, and takes responsibilities for this role seriously.

Schedule shall be Tuesday-Thursday from early morning to mid afternoon.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of food service staff
• Monitor the quality of products and services produced
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure staffing efficiency
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
• Maintain health standards for raw and finished products
• Fine-tuning our processes to achieve peak efficiency.
• Weekly Menu Development.  We refresh our menu every week.

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in food service or other related fields
• Knowledge of common food safety practices
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail 
• Developed problem-solving skills
