Job Description
We are seeking a Pastry Cook to join our in-house bakery! You will assist in the preparation, production, and presentation of baked items and desserts in our professional kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare items
- Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions
- Follow standard recipes and special orders
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pastry, culinary arts, or other related fields
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in teams
The pay scale for this position is between $20.55 and $22.65/hour. This is the pay range that the Hotel reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual wage rates will be based on a number of factors, such as experience, type of hotel experience, and education.
