Refrigeration Mechanic / Technician

We are seeking to develop Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration Technicians within your first 3 years of employment, preparing you for a Certified Assistant Refrigeration Operator (CARO) Level1 and/or a Certified Industrial Refrigeration Operator (CIRO) Certification • Looking for a stable company with a dedicated team? • Wanting some extra OT hours? Educations/Experience Requirements - Associate degree and/or Technical School course completion/certifications required. - Refrigeration Operator Class 1 license, or RETA Certification and Basic Electrical 1 & 2 will be considered and/or must be obtained within 6 months of initial hire date. - Basic computer skills and the ability to work independently are also required for this position. - Preference will be given to candidates with a certification or degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance and/or related college or technical level course work. - Perform General Physical Activities requiring considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials. - Able and willing to lift between 40 - 60lbs. - Ability to stand for long periods of time. - Ability to work in extreme cold/hot environments. - Able to perform strenuous work in wet/damp environments.
