Office Manager

A Jackson, MS construction subcontractor is seeking an experienced professional to supervise and perform accounting functions. Good computer skills are required including Microsoft Office and accounting software. Viewpoint software experience a real plus. Accounting or business degree preferred. Experience with a construction or a construction supply company would be valuable.

Responsibilities:

• Manage records and information
• Supervise / process payroll for field personnel
• Supervise / process accounts receivable
• Supervise / process work order billings
• Supervise / process accounts payable
