Construction Estimator

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction project estimating, be organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven. Requirements of the position will include proven experience as a construction estimator and an understanding of accounting and project management concepts. Experience with Sage Construction and Real Estate (Timberline) software is a plus. Must be well-organized, reliable, and able to foster relationships with key vendors including subcontractors and architects. BSc/BA in engineering, construction science or relevant field and Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or other qualifications will be a plus.
