Refurbishing Technician - Full-time

As a Refurbishing Technician at La Vida Llena, you’ll provide routine and spontaneous building maintenance services for our 200+ residents and other departments to make sure operations run smoothly. Compensation: $15.60 - $23.40 / hr DOE

We’re a 365/24/7 business – so we’re looking for someone with availability in afternoons to independently work on ongoing projects, perform general inspections, help turn over residences, monitor building systems and handle resident requests even if they arise after normal business hours.
