Legacy Fire is a division of Impact Fire Services.  

(UP TO A $4,000 SIGN-ON-BONUS BASED ON EXPERIENCE)  

This position will cover eastern Massachusetts and will oversee Fire Protection Systems installation for all types of new and existing projects. Projects will include Industrial, Commercial and some Residential. Knowledge of NFPA code, design/ installation methods, hydraulic calculations & material lists for fire sprinkler systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand design & Layout of Fire Sprinkler Systems
  • Hydraulic Calculations, Field Surveying
  • Understand listing of system piping for fabrication
  • Coordination for installation between trades
  • Managing cost and understanding budgets

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE /QUALIFICATIONS

  • NICET certification preferred but not required
  • General mechanical knowledge
  • Experience in Fire Protection Installation or Design 

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in accordance with Company guidelines.  

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee installation labor on assigned projects

 

 

Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.  MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
