Job Summary:

• ACT:  4 MDs and 8 CRNAs covering 6 sites of service. 5500 Cases annually.
• Cases include general surgery, orthopedics, and GI. No cardiac. No OB.
• No call. No nights. 4, 10s schedule.
• Practice top of license with demonstrated proficiency.

• Employed position with HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services
• Start Date (commencement) bonus up to $75,000
