Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients residences
• Perform Light household tasks
• Transport and accompany patients to the doctor's office or run errands if authorized
• Assistance with Medications
• Assist with clients personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
• Meal preparation based on diet
• Provide companionship and basic emotional support

Skills

• Proven working experience as HHA, CNA, PCT, Nursing Assistant, Caregiver
• Ability to monitor vital signs
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Proficiency in English Bilingual a PLUS
• Caring and compassionate personality in a professional manner
• Current CPR certificate
• TB Skin Test (tuberculosis test results) or Chest X-Ray report
• HHA or CNA Training Certificate
• Assist with Medications
• HIV
• Alziehmers Certification of training
• Valid driver’s license
• Social Security
• High school degree

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
