Service Manager

We are seeking a Service Manager to join our team.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: greeting all customers, answering phone, managing schedule, ordering parts and providing customers with quotes.  

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers 
• Answer Phone
• Find and order parts
• Maintain schedule for technicians
• Provide quotes for customers
• Manage timecards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service
• Ability to build rapport with customers and commercial clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Must have positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication and verbal skills
• Must be proficient working with computers and typing

This is a very fast paced position in a very busy shop, we have many commercial customers and an excellent customer retention that ranks in the top 1% in the country.  This is tracked through a CRM model from an outside company.  Our commitment to quality of service and excellent communication is what sets us apart from similar businesses in Lincoln.  Performance bonuses are available and paid monthly on top of base pay.  The right candidate will posses personal qualities such as: Honesty, Positive Attitude, Ability to Multitask and Just a Fun Person to be Around.  We have a lot of fun here and have a very fun and positive environment to work in, all while getting 50-75 cars a week through the shop.  I welcome any potential candidate to talk to current staff and get their feedback as well.
