Role Purpose: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will focus on the acquisition, development, and expansion of our client base. Your role will involve proactively selling pharmaceutical products to hospitals and similar facilities, exhibiting swift and strategic responses to supply issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and onboard new clients
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients
- Negotiate effectively to close sales
- Maintain high volume call & email volume activity – both inbound and outbound
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Slack
- Excellent phone communication and social skills
- Strong negotiation and customer service abilities
- Ambition and motivation to drive sales and meet targets
- Discipline, punctuality, and reliability
Performance Metrics: Your performance will be assessed based on actual sales outcomes, the acquisition and development of new clients, and phone activity.
Experience: Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory as we welcome entry-level candidates. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive package with a base salary of $45,000, along with a lucrative commission structure that can yield up to an additional $250,000. Health insurance benefits are included.
