Job Title:  Flex Associate (Distribution)
Shifts: 1st shift, Mid Shift, 2nd Shift availability 
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform material handling tasks associated with receiving, replenishing picking locations, picking customer orders, and preparing shipments for transport.
Flex into any tasks as determined to be needed by Team Leader.
Unload cartons from inbound containers/trailers, sort and palletize cartons in preparation for storage as per direction given.
Replenish picking locations at the pallet, case and unit level.
Pick full case orders as well as unit level order picking as directed.
Load cartons or pallets on to trailers for shipment to customers.

Requirements:
Warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at various heights, continuously during an 8-10-hour shift.
Must pass all Health Services testing requirements for this position, including Workability Test.
Must demonstrate strong work ethic and commitment to hours of operation.   An example includes strict adherence to attendance expectations.
Must work effectively, both independently as well as within a team, as appropriate.
Must demonstrate respect for organizational policies and procedures, including but not limited to Safety and Quality.
Must demonstrate respect for others through effective communication with peers, team leaders, and managers.
