As part of Detection and Measurement, Sealite is a leading designer and manufacturer of marine aids to navigation (AtoN) equipment. Offering the broadest portfolio of solutions including marine lighting, navigation buoys, marine floats, port entry lighting systems, lighthouse lighting, and monitoring and control systems, we help people transverse the world safely by sea.

Description: Effective coordination of customer demand requirements from order entry through invoicing and delivery. Establishing a working relationship with sales and operations teams through accurate and timely communication.

Duties:

  • Follow safe work practices and procedures and ensure a "safety first" culture in every task undertaken.
  • Working closely with both the production and sales teams as the conduit for communication regarding customer demand.
  • Ensure ship dates and workflow status are accurately represented within the demand management systems.
  • Track order quality, quantity, and delivery timelines.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
  • Review and process sales orders, including customer complaints or RMA request.
  • Identify material shortages for supply chain and planning.
  • Generate production work orders, including stock orders.
  • Manage and coordinate graphic approvals.
  • Monitor pre-payments, communicate information related to shipments on hold to related parties.
  • Ensures daily shipments are invoiced accurately.
  • Process RMA invoices and ensure customer satisfied on closure.
  • Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Perform any other duties as reasonably directed.

Minimum Positions Requirements:

  • H.S. Diploma and/or GED
  • 2+ years' experience in customer service, production preferred.
  • Sense of Urgency
  • Dedication to Customer Advocacy internal or external
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of software applications related to word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software.
  • Strong written, verbal and listening skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate poise, tact and diplomacy.
  • Attention to detail.
