Barista

We are seeking only the most exceptional baristas who have a passion for coffee and the delicate art of handling an espresso bar.  This is a very important role at Cocola Bakery & Cafe and we are looking only for exceptional people.
We are looking for highly engaging people who have a genuine desire to fulfill the needs of our customers on a daily basis.  Punctuality is of the utmost importance so please do not apply if you have a problem arriving to work on time.  

* Familiar with specific pastries and know them by name
* Serve pastries and coffee drinks with exceptional attention to customers' needs
* Ability to make and serve sandwiches
* Provide top of the line customer service
* Being proactive, productive, and aware of store operations 
* Strong attention to detail
* Must be able to move quickly and efficiently
* Must be able to multitask
* Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
* Must be able to work well as a team member.
* Prior experience as a barista and a familiarity with "Latte Art"  is strongly encouraged.
