Description

Deal Execution, Sponsor Finance will work collaboratively with senior Northwest Sponsor Finance ("NSF") leadership and Analyst, Associate, and/or Senior Associate team members to lead the underwriting strategy, closing, and monitoring of NSF transactions.

Essential Functions
Work collaboratively with other senior members of NSF to structure, negotiate, underwrite, close, and monitor NSF transactions.
Oversee the underwriting of credit facilities, including oversight and review of written documents prepared by Analyst, Associate, and Senior Associate team members.
Participate in the negotiation of legal documentation.
Lead the communication with transaction stakeholders including internal management and credit partners, subordinated lenders, private equity sponsors, and company/borrower
Conduct industry research to supplement diligence materials and third-party reports.
Mentor and support the further development of Analyst, Associate, and Senior Associate team members

Education and Work Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field preferred. 8-12 years Due Diligence Accounting, Leveraged Finance, Investment Banking, or Private Equity experience preferred.
