*Job Description**SCOPE OF POSITION*
The RN - Supervisor, Long Term Care will make daily rounds of the Nursing departments to ensure that all nursing service personnel are performing their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards. The Supervisor will make oral and written recommendations as necessary concerning the operation of the Nursing department. The Supervisor will ensure that a sufficient number of staff is available for the shift to ensure that quality of care is maintained and redistributes staff as necessary. This individual will monitor for any family/resident concern and address these accordingly. Additionally, the Supervisor will assess new admissions and re-admissions and completes necessary assigned documentation and assessments.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing program.
Valid and active RN licensure in appropriate state
