Job Description: As a Hostess at Ser Restaurant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a positive first impression and ensuring a seamless dining experience. Your primary duties will include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Managing the restaurant's reservation system and effectively communicating wait times.
• Escorting guests to their tables and providing them with menus.
• Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and lobby area.
• Collaborating with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure efficient table turnover.
• Handling guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with care and professionalism.
• Providing information about the restaurant, menu, and promotions.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hostess or front-of-house role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of OpenTable or other reservation software is a plus.
