Our client is seeking a Human Resource Administrator to work onsite. The incumbent will

• Support Hourly employees with (new hire orientation, benefits administration worker's compensation claims, and processing payroll)
• Handle all Onboarding for new hires.
• Support the recruitment team with screening, interviewing, and selecting hourly.

To be considered for this role you must have the following experience.

• Four-year degree in Human Resources
• 3 years of Human Resources administration experience in a manufacturing environment
• HRIS System experience (Workday)
• Manufacturing experience
• Processing Payroll
• Workers Compensation
• Benefits Administration

Salary is: $60-70,000, depending on experience.
