Accounts Receivable/Credit

In this Full-Time, in-office role, the candidate will be responsible for customer receivables and leading the collections process. Ability to communicate well is imperative.

Responsibilities:

• Daily receivables, collections, credit releases and determining credit worthiness of customers
• Utilize excellent customer service and negotiation skills in the collection process
• Complete customer collection outreach via email and phone
• Run credit cards, issue credits and debit memos with follow up
• Research and analyze accounts receivable reports, payments and chargebacks
• Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes
• Analyze customer accounts of varying complexity, utilizing Excel and ERP system
• Provide invoices and statements as needed
• Ability to work with sales force and management
• Assist in month end close
• Other projects as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience required, other accounting related experience is a plus
• Intermediate level of Excel and Word required
• Ability to work in the office daily
• Strong work ethic
