HVAC/REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN - (Ringgold) - $30-$40/ Hour Experience based - Full-time / Part-time

Licensed and Certified HVAC/Refrigeration Technician
Minimum 5 years field experience
In-Depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and refrigeration units
Ability to read operation and repair manuals for HVAC/R Systems
Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
Type I/Type II or Universal Environmental Protection Agency Certification for refrigerant handling
Ability to stand, crouch, kneel, and lift up to 60 pounds
Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
Ability to install, diagnose, and repair commercial kitchen equipment is a plus

Responsibilities:

Be able to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Perform standard installation and maintenance of HVAC/R equipment
Track and manage inventory to ensure parts and equipment needed for repairs and maintenance are readily available
Self-motivated with the ability to think and diagnose problems independently
Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively HVAC/R equipment issues
Communicate with manufacturers as needed to help with diagnoses and parts identification
Job hours M-F 8am-5pm
Pay scale $30-40 an hour depending on experience

We are looking for a highly qualified, detail-oriented HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to manage and maintain HVAC/R systems at various commercial and residential properties. You will be required to identify problems with units and perform routine maintenance or repairs when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years of field experience and be able to demonstrate their ability to diagnose and repair HVAC/R units. In addition, you should be able to describe with efficiency the status of the equipment and any details regarding the process of resolving the issues. The candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of taking direction.
