LPN

Licensed Practical Nurse to oversight medical needs for individuals residing in a group home setting.  Responsible for initial assessments, checking in medications, scheduling appointments, administering shots as needed, training staff, and auditing medications and documentation.

Required qualifications:

• 18 years or older
