Job Description
We are seeking an RN or LPN to become part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality foot care as part of a healthcare team.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assess patient foot health by performing physical foot examinations; reviewing medical histories and update patient's records as warranted
- Perform foot care per company policy
- Communicate with supervising provider
- RN to communicate any patient status change, new problems, and/or problems indicating a significant change
TRAVEL:
- 2 positions for: 100% travel to patients homes to provide foot care
- Must have a reliable car to travel to patient's homes if applying for home visit position.
- 2 positions for in Office visits. No travel required.
QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing School with an LPN, RN, BSN degree is required
- Current foot care certification: CFCN required, not necessary
- Training provided with minimum 1 yr commitment needed.
- Current Active Mass RN license required
- Maintains current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - American Heart Association
- Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions.
- Proficiency in using general office equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients from all socioeconomic status.
- Ability to thrive in providing care in patient's home without judgement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

SCHEDULE: 8 hour shift, 40 hours/week, Full time or part time available, Weekend available if desired,
WORK LOCATION: Office Visits | Home visits Position: North Shore, South Shore, Boston and surrounding towns
TERRITORY WE COVER: Suffolk County; Norfolk County; Bristol County: Easton, Mansfield, Norton; Plymouth County: Brockton, Abington, Bridgewater, Duxbury, Pembroke, Rockland, Hanover, Norwell, Scituate, Hingham, Hull, Plymouth, Whitman, Marshfield. Middlesex County: Framingham, Natick, Wayland, Sudbury, Weston, Newton, Waltham, Watertown, Cambridge, Belmont, Lexington, Arlington, Somerville, Medford, Everett, Malden, Winchester, Burlington, Billerica, Wakefield, Reading, Melrose Essex County: Nahant

ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:
- Must possess all physical abilities necessary to perform the job.
- Requires ability to lift equipment in and out of one's car and from the office. Approximately 50lbs or less
- Requires frequent talking, hearing, standing, sitting, and walking.
- Noise level is moderate with constant conversations, computers, printers, telephones, etc

In addition to caring for the feet, we remove cerumen (ear wax) and trim fingernails for patients who are unable to perform them independently.
