No base, but huge performance rewards to get you to $150K and beyond each year. Must be outstanding at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start. This is a commission only career.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Sell Home, Auto, Umbrella, Commercial and Life under the American Family Brand

- Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals

- Provide a best in class consultative selling approach

- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

- Meet sales targets and goals set by the company

What We Are Looking For:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or a related field

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze clients' needs and provide suitable insurance solutions

- Proficiency in using computer software for insurance applications and client management

- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Build Effective referral relationships

- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.

- Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
