Job Description

2nd shift Supervisor & 3rd Shift Supervisor

Schedule

Monday - Friday: 7am - 3:30pm

Benefits: Full-Time position with benefits eligibility after 60 days (medical, dental, vision, and life insurance). 401k and paid time off eligibility after 1 year of employment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous management experience in a manufacturing facility (2 years REQUIRED)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work in a safe manner at all times and maintain the highest standard of quality in the workplace.

THIS IS A HANDS ON WORKING POSITION!!!

Candidate must have at least 2-3 years of experience in the extrusion industry

Must also have previous successful Team Lead/Supervisory Experience

Must be knowledgeable of manufacturing equipment for use, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance

Must have previous Manufacturing experience on 12” or larger Extruders

Must be able to manage multiple projects, team building, and conflict resolution

Strong working knowledge of Extrusion Process

Demonstrated ability to work in and through teams, at all levels of the workforce

Computer proficiency is required – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate on all levels
