Requirements:
Preferred Background & Experience:
Duties:
- Layout roadways for long-line and thermoplastic burn-in
- Burn-in thermoplastic
- General cleaning of roadways with gas powered broom, push broom and backpack blower.
- Clean up of milling debris
- Load and unload trucks with pavement marking material and installation equipment
- Hauling of 5gal paint buckets, parking blocks, and other various equipment
- Assist with road layout
- Other labor duties necessary for each job
Requirements:
- Knowledge of roadway layout
- Experience with thermoplastic burn-in
- 18 years of age or older
- Physically fit and able to handle a fast pace work site. Able to lift and carry loads up to 50lbs in elevations ranging from 6,000 to10,000 feet.
- Possess a current and valid Colorado driver’s license
- Possess a clean driving record
- Have the ability and desire to perform strenuous outdoor work in a variety of weather conditions
- Must have knowledge with using hand and power tools
- Must have reliable transportation to get to work
Preferred Background & Experience:
- 1 year of experience within the pavement marking or road construction industry is preferred, but not required
- Experience working within a team environment is preferred, but not required
