Resident Manager (Leasing Consultant)

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Manage a zone of assigned apartment and/or townhome units.
• Ensure a well-maintained property achieving resident satisfaction/leasing compliance.
• Stay current on rental rates, sizes, locations, and amenities of said property.
• Perform administrative duties, such as resident filing and answering phones.
• Develop knowledge of the application/screening process.
• Complete all paperwork/forms in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the office and work area.
• Ensure model apartments are ready for tours.
• Generate traffic through marketing.
• Light cleaning of move in ready units.
• Assist new residents with move in
• Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 year of Customer Service experience
• Leasing and/or sales experience
• Driver’s License and valid car insurance
• Personal, reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Computer skills; comfortable with apps and software
• Service mentality and a thirst for learning
• Positive Can-Do Attitude
• Excellent Attendance

• Monday-Friday
• 8AM – 5PM
