Fitness Manager

Job description

Duties: The Fitness Factory is currently involved in the operation of a full-service health club at the above referenced location. Employee shall be employed as the Fitness Manager at the Fitness Factory and the duties are outlined on the attached Job Description.

Attention to Duties. Employee shall devote full time and effort of at least 40 hours per week faithfully, diligently and exclusively to the affairs of the Fitness Factory, to the performance of duties under this Agreement, and to the promotion of the Fitness Factory’s interests.

Compensation. During employment with the Fitness Factory, Employee shall be compensated for such services as follows:

Salary: Employee shall receive $3,000 per month as salary paid bi-weekly.

Gross Revenue Sales Commission: Employee shall

receive a monthly commission of Five Percent (5%) of

Gross monthly PT Revenue whether originated by

Trainer or by others.

Personal Sales Commission: Employee shall receive a

monthly commission of Ten Percent (10%) of all Sales

Originated by Employee during the month. If a sale is an

installment sale, then the full amount of installments shall

be added up and Employee shall receive 5% of such

total. If the Employee is no longer employed by the

Fitness Factory, then such Personal Sales Commission

shall be paid after 120 days to avoid Employee being

paid when a personal training client quits before their

contract expires.

Bonus Commission: Employee shall receive a bonus

commission of 5% of the Draft built up.

Expenses: Employee shall be reimbursed for direct expenses pre-approved by Fitness Factory including, but not limited to, occasional education classes directly related to duties.

Free membership for spouse or domestic partner

Ten Business Days paid vacation

Health Insurance Reimbursement of $300.00 per month.

Note: This is a non-Personal Training position. Fitness Manager is not encouraged or expected to perform personal training services however if such services are performed, there will be no separate compensation for that.

Salary: $36,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
