Peer Recovery Support-Driver Job Description
Unique opportunity to join Maryhaven, Central Ohio’s largest and most comprehensive behavioral services provider specializing in addiction recovery. We are looking for skilled, talented, and compassionate people to join our team! Maryhaven was founded on the principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in 1953, opening our doors to serve an overlooked segment of our population, women in need of substance abuse recovery services. We remain driven by our value of excellence in quality care for all and fostering a culture that embraces dignity of all. The Peer Recovery Support will support others in recovery from substance use disorder. They will serve as a role model, mentor, advocate and motivator to recovering individuals in order to help prevent relapse and promote long-term recovery. Candidate must also demonstrate an ability to share personal recovery experiences and develop authentic peer-to-peer relationships.
Peer Recovery Support-Driver Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must have worked within the last three years with at least 12 months total of successful part-time or full-time paid or voluntary work experience.
- Valid state of Ohio Peer Recovery Support (APS) certification required.
- Must have a valid Ohio drivers license.
