Residential Closing Coordinator

Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank is a community bank in New Hampshire that serves the financial needs of businesses and consumers in the area. Currently, we are looking for a Residential Closing Coordinator. This is a Monday through Friday position located in our Operations Center in Woodsville, NH.

Residential Closing Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Prepare commitment letters
• Order private mortgage insurance certificates
• Prepare closing documents for all residential real estate loans and shares in the responsibility of producing revised disclosures as needed.
• Preparing t-sheets, funding settlement agents and coordinates with closing agents for the recording of documents
• Handling correspondence and telephone inquiries from customers
• Performing loan file, customer records and DDA/Savings addenda maintenance on the core system
• Updating the mortgage rates and changing the internal rate sheet
• Input referral and call program information for monthly reporting.

Residential Closing Coordinator Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to use and learn computer-based systems
• Attention to detail
