Rightway Fasteners provides a wide variety of quality fasteners to the Automotive Industry. RFI specializes in Cold Forming, Thread Rolling, Heat Treatment, and Surface Treatment of high torque tension bolts, shafts, and pins(M8 - M24) as well as supplying a variety of specialty screws(M4 - M7) and other cold-formed parts to the automotive industry.

Rightway Fasteners Production Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available

• Depending upon position and department

Rightway Fasteners Production Associate Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, organization and people skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Good aptitude for math.
• Good analytical skills and detail oriented.
• Highly motivated work ethic and positive attitude.
• Need to be okay with lifting up to 50lbs repetitively if needed
• Previous experience using Calipers
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred but not required.
• Testing and Interview Required

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
