Greeter Receptionist

Position: Greeter - Front Desk 

Location: North Miami Beach, FL

Responsibilities:

• Warm Welcome: Greet guests with a sweet smile and provide a warm, inviting atmosphere.

• Efficient Communication: Answer and direct incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.

• Guest Assistance: Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about us and guide them through the candy-making magical experience.

• Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks, including managing appointments, customer induction and maintaining a tidy reception area.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

Requirements:

• Initiative driven and self motivated to complete tasks

• Sweet Personality: A friendly and welcoming demeanor is a must!

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks efficiently and keep the reception area organized and clean.

• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, in person, via email and over the phone.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in basic computer skills.
