We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Labor and Employment Attorney to join our high-performing legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and guidance related to labor and employment matters. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and resolving complex labor and employment issues, ensuring compliance with various labor laws and regulations, and safeguarding our organization's reputation.

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including but not limited to, issues related to Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and other relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise on potential legal risks and recommend effective strategies for managing those risks.
  • Represent the organization in labor arbitrations, mediations, and litigation, if necessary.
  • Draft, review, and revise various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, policies, and procedures, to ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.
  • Collaborate closely with the Human Resources department to develop and implement effective labor and employment policies and procedures.


Job Details
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in labor and employment law.
  • Must be admitted to the Ohio Bar.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of labor and employment laws and regulations, including Title VII, ADA, and FMLA.
  • Proven experience in handling labor arbitrations, mediations, and litigation.
