A wonderful new opportunity has become available for an ICU Assistant Manager at an acute care hospital outside of Kirtland, New Mexico. This hospital specifically has 240+ patient beds, as well as a highly recognized Level III Trauma Center providing healthcare for the Four Corners region of New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah.
The ICU Assistant Manager will carry much responsibility in the Critical Care Department including but not limited to:
- Overseeing staff nurses while being under the director of a Manager and Director of the department
- Use resources to guide the guide the provision of nursing services to patients and their families
- Ensure each and every patient is attended to and taken care of
