LPN For Residental Group Home

Responsibilities

• Represents Northview Health Services, LLC brand professionally.

What You’ll Do

• Complete nursing notes as needed.

• Attend bi -weekly staff meetings 

• Provide a weekly report to MAS RN 

• Back up MAS RN.

• Check MARs and documentation weekly at each location

• Check medications with MAS RN as needed

• Check meds and medical supplies weekly

• Audit documentation to ensure medical accuracy

• Participate in monthly medical meeting with med team

• Administer meds as needed 

Job Type: Part -Time

Salary: Negotiable

Requirements:  

• Nursing License

• Will complete MAS Certification within 90 days
