Clinical Supervisor, LPN

Looking for a highly motivated, hard working, passionate LPN to oversee our Clinical Team! You will be responsible for overseeing staff and performing medical tests for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases along with training of new hires.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and back up medical staff in both the office visit triage department and phone triage department
• Follow office guidelines and ensure proper training of all newly hired staff
• Routinely audit ancillary and injection orders to assure that staff members are signing off on orders
• Collaborate with Practice Manager in the hiring process of new team members.
• Monitor inventory samples and medical supplies
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Work under the supervision of the practice manager to ensure all staff are following office policies and procedures
• Promote a healthy and positive work environment for staff members and providers
• Train new hires in the medical positions of the office.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license for the state of Georgia
• Previous experience as a Clinical Supervisor or in other related fields
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Experience in a laboratory testing / results
• Experience leading a team
• Experience with performing EKGs, injections (IM and Sub-q)
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team setting
