Assistant Managers Need (Restaurant)!!!

Looking for:

Experience with ordering, inventory, and working with local vendors.
Experience with hiring, training, and scheduling staff.

Experience with store P&L.

High volume. Please be familiar with past employers revenue, food cost and labor costs.

You will........

Oversee daily operations – helping where needed to succeed
Primarily executing food preparation and food management
Supervise vendors, manage food cost, minimize food waste and order supplies and equipment
Must be a hands-on manager passionate about great food and great service.
