Job Summary and Qualifications

The Registered Nurse provides therapeutic and administrative services necessary for the care of the patient and in support of the Mission, Vision, and Philosophy of Nursing of Frankfort Regional Medical Center. The Registered Nurse must be strong decision makers and be able to keep patient confidentiality. This position requires workers to follow regulatory compliance and Service excellence to Internal and external customers. The role of the Registered Nurse is to perform patient care under the direction of the Charge Nurse, Clinical Coordinator and Nursing Director.

What qualifications you will need:

• Must hold a current RN license from the Kentucky Board of Nursing 

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Cour must be obtained within 2 years of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
• Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
• Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree
