Experienced Roofing Sales/ Estimator (Project Manager) - Full-time

Roofing Sales / Estimator Needed

MUST have a minimum of (5) years Roofing Sales Experience. THIS IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.

We are expanding our Sales Team. We offer a comprehensive benefit package including Medical, Dental, and 401K. Paid Holiday's and Company Vehicle provided during working hours.

Salary plus commission will be based on experience and discussed at the time of the interview.

Job Requirements:

Roofing Estimator will be responsible for estimating and bidding projects.

That will require reviewing project plans, and specifications to provide accurate estimates for the customer.

Required to have strong written and verbal communication skills with customers, management and other office personnel.

Skills and Qualification

-Strong estimating and sales skills.

-Knowledge of various roof manufacturers systems requirements and assemblies.

-Experience using computer software for a variety of task on and off site.

-Experienced in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Extimating Edge program.

• -A valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record, background check and drug screening is required.

Required qualifications:

• 21+ years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Background check
• Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Review
• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license

• Speaks English
• Reads English
