Job Description
ISO experienced direct support care worker who can assist a 14 year old, autism male with the morning routine and get on the bus. They live in Montgomery Village, Duties include helping getting dressed, breakfast, brush teeth, gather school belongings and out to bus stop. Must be comfortable working with behaviors and knowing how to redirect.
The hours are Monday-Friday, 5am-7am. Additional evening hours can also be available from 6-9pm, to help with nighttime routine.
Must have own transportation, clean background check and references. This is a w-2 potion, with an approved Maryland Autism Waiver Provider Agency. Health benefits available to full time employees, paid time off accrual, and opportunities for bonuses and annual rate increase.
The starting rate is 22-25/hour, dependent upon experience. May be considered for other clients should schedule allow additional hours.
