Job Summary
Responsible for the efficient patient flow throughout Mon Health Medical Center and Vandalia North taking into consideration the patient's physical condition, the referring physician's needs and the institutions resources to ensure timely and appropriate discharges.
Experience Requirements
Minimum requirement: ASN with 3 years experience in ED, ICU, or House Supervisor. Preferred BSN with 3-5 years experience in ED, ICU, or House Supervisor. Effective interpersonal communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, patients and families. Always demonstrates respect and professionalism.
Certifications/ Licensures Requirements
Current unencumbered WV RN Licensure. Must possess current BLS and ACLS certification.
Physical Requirements
Light Work: Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 lbs. with a maximum lifting of 25 lbs.
