Job Details

Our manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled Permanent CNC Programmer to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts for our clients. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a team that is dedicated to producing top-notch products.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement CNC programs using Fanuc, Haas, M&G, and other software.
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the production process.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective production.
  • Maintain and repair CNC machines as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines.
  • Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, M&G, and other CNC software.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
