* Overnights daily 11pm-7am
* Thursdays, 4pm-11pm
* Sundays, 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm
* Backup/Fill-in Shifts

* 25 year old female
* G Tube for all feedings/medications
* Rett Syndrome/Seizure disorder
* Respiratory treatments (nebulizers, MDIs, PRN O2, PRN suctioning
* Immunocompromised
* Solid assessment experience required
* Patient Narrative: Longtime Danvers resident and family need your nursing help! In search of an energetic, fun and caring nurse to work with Samantha in Danvers. Samantha likes for her nurses to be animated and ready to engage with her, as she loves to use her wit to make people laugh! Samantha is a determined and intelligent young woman who loves music, her family, being outside in the sun, and her pets--among many other things! She loves to be busy and enjoys going out in the community. According to some of her wonderful nurses, Sam has “a way of brightening even a stranger’s day” and inspires “hope about humanity and family” with her clever and inclusive personality.

*About Northeast Arc-Clinical Services:*
* NortheastArc-Clinical Services is a home care agency out of Danvers that specializes in Continuous Care Nursing for medically complex children and adults. This means it is more than a VNA; we provide block nursing in shifts anywhere from 2-16 hours at a time. We work 1-on-1 with a patient in their home, school, or community setting. We help families navigate the complexities of their loved one’s medical care, ensuring patients stay at home and out of the hospital. Our primary goal is to assist in allowing parents/children/spouses to maintain THAT role instead of being their Loved one’s primary “nurse”.
* We are always looking for more nurses to join our team-RNs, LPNs and new grads are all welcome. Worried about “losing skills” like the homecare myth would have you believe? Our cases run the gamut from general nursing care to extremely complex ICU-level home care. Almost all our patients have some type of feeding challenge and are either G or J-tube feeding dependent. Others might have tracheostomies and require ventilator support; others might have seizure disorders, use ostomy appliances, need wound management, require diabetic maintenance, and so much more. While our primary focus is helping to manage complex medical care at home, our equally important goal is to ensure our patient’s social-emotional health & well-being. We have many families looking for nursing help and get new referrals all the time. There simply aren’t enough nurses to care for them all. Pay rates-for the three differentials: all RNs are paid $44/46/48; all LPNs are paid $36/38/40.
