Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and messages from drivers when they experience truck and trailer issues.
- Provide guidance and temporary solutions to drivers in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Diagnose equipment breakdowns and identify the best way to proceed.
- Review detailed repair estimates.
- Create and update work orders about the status of repairs and vendors.
Skills and qualifications:
- Technical degree in diesel technology.
- One plus years of diesel or automotive repair experience.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
