Prep Cook - Now Hiring

We are currently looking for a prep cook at Tatsu-Ya full service locations! Must be able to move quickly and work efficiently with great attention to detail. We have an open kitchen, live fire cooking with oak wood and binchotan, and opportunities to expand your knowledge on Japanese culture, cuisine, and zymology/in-house fermented foods.

Job Duties:

• Maintain positive attitude

• Excel in a team environment

• Communicate effectively

• Follow directions and procedures

• Work to quality standards

• Read and execute recipes

• Perform tasks repeatedly

• Effectively utilize basic cooking techniques

• Operate and maintain basic kitchen equipment

• Having an understanding of the restaurant industry preferred, but necessary
