People Department Manager, Starting UP to $14/hr. with Weekly Pay and Benefits

AMC Corp is looking for a High Energy, PEOPLE oriented person to head up our People Department. Help us build the team you can be proud of!

DESCRIPTION:
Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. But some managers also lead Departments.

The People Department Managers responsibilities include making sure the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals. This managers responsibilities may also include making sure Crew get off to a good start at the restaurant and that they are recognized and motivated throughout their time working there.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attracts, hires, promotes, and retains high quality customer focused employees
Monitor and provide adequate training to all employees
Ensure pay employee reviews and pay raises are completed on schedule
Provides an exceptional experience for all guests
Ensure crew enjoys working at McDonalds
Set a positive, professional tone for success
Makes sure the crew represents the brand proudly & consistently
Position crew members to deliver the best customer service
Plan breaks and communicates with crew during shift
Ensure good communication between managers and crew
Develop crew schedules taking into considerations availability of team and need of store
Must be able to follow targets and goal

QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Were looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonalds environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

6 months McDonalds experience plus 6 months in food service Management
ServSafe Certification Preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position can be physically demanding. The employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time, lift objects up to 20 lbs. on a regular basis and do repetitive tasks with few breaks.
